About Me

After moving to Israel as a young child from the United States, I grew up in a very natural environment in Israel, Emek Yizrael. Going outdoors to gain strength was part of my path ever since I was very young.

After a change during my studies, I realized I wanted to explore how connecting with the rest of the natural world can help me find individual wholeness, a sense of well-being, belonging, and greater purpose. Through Ecotherapy, I found it.

As an Ecotherapist, I have spent the past eight years working with adults, youth, and children in nature, always passionately exploring the relationship between our inner landscapes and the natural world. My practice is inspired by relational psychology and by the wisdom of Native American traditions, particularly the teachings of The Red Road. I feel as though I have stepped through an ancient door, filled with meaning, and I am honored to share my gifts and offer my support along this path.

For me, time in nature is sacred, whether spent in solitude or with others. I find deep joy in long walks, camping under the stars in the north or the desert, and immersing myself in the sea.

I also enjoy playing capoeira, creating music, and preparing healthy meals.
